History

Contract Health Services, Inc. (CHS) was founded in 1984 to provide portable
ultrasound services to providers, physicians,  facilities, and most of all,
to accommodate Clientele within the Region.

CHS has been providing mobile Ultrasound testing and holter Monitoring Service since the year 1984.
We have also been a provider of a Medical Billing Service for Physician Offices, including Family Practice, Urgent Care, Pediatric,
and various Specialists-Radiology, Gastrology, Cardiology, Urology, Dermatology, Neurology, etc... since 1995.
